She looks amazing. For a moment I couldn't figure out the haze and vibration-like feel of the image. For composition it makes sense as it helps focus our eyes where it matters but if you look at the image as a story, as a scene, then it's a bit more difficult as it's no longer just functional but it needs a reason as well. For the whole scene to shake like this she must either be moving fast and violent, which she doesn't, and then I realised is us. I feel like we're coming to, or experiencing shellshock. If I were to write it, I think this is us experiencing some form of panic, like maybe the place is coming down, and then we see her emerging from the gloom and dust into our terrified delirium.

I like the painterly style giving us a semi-detailed impression of her. I've been slacking off in my studies, focusing more on application on basics for too long, so I don't really know how to create this sort of impression. It's very impressive. As is the number of little details. It feels organic and realistic at the same time. Did you use a model for this or did you construct it top to bottom? The anatomy, again, is very good. The proportions make her slightly serpentine without being silly. I feel like her torso is thin while her shoulders are wide enough to have an edge, giving her a powerful appearance as well, but her thin physique, being her unimpressive arms and neck (sans the cobra crown-hair thing), are consistent with her appearance. The jacket adds a lot though, both streamlining her profile and showcasing the strong appearance of her wide shoulders.

All in all, a piece that made my day. :)
